All our rooms have en-suite facilities

The price quoted to you when booking are on a room only basis, breakfast is available at an additional cost.  Obviously, if you choose to have drinks at the bar, these are charged at the time of consumption.   Please note that if you have booked a room-only rate but wish to have breakfast at the B&B, you can pay on arrival.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure, however, if planning to make the most of your day we will be more than happy to allow you to store your luggage downstairs for collection until midday. Rooms will be available for you to check in from around 3pm however when the booking is made it may be possible to make other arrangements to suit your needs.

We do not accept responsibility for valuables left in the rooms, however, every effort is made to make sure you and your property are safe,  locks are fitted on all bedroom doors.

Yes. We give you a key at check-in. Extra keys can be given on request. Any lost keys will be charged £25 per set.

No.  As well as a key for your room, you get a key for the front door to come and go as you please. All we ask is that if you come in late you respect that others may already be asleep.  Lost keys are charged at £25.  For the comfort and security of our guests, the phones & doorbell are turned off at 9pm (or when the Bar closes) so that our guests are not disturbed by any person who is not staying here.

Yes, a deposit equal to the first nights stay per room is payable at time of booking by debit/credit card.

No. All our en-suites have showers.

No. We do not have any ground floor letting bedrooms.  However, if you can make it up one flight of stairs the bedrooms are close by. You can also hire wheelchairs and/or mobility scooters in Blackpool and we have hire details. We do not have any lift facilities.

We have 2 car parking spaces which will accommodate 1 large and 1 small car.   This is either bookable in advance, or on a first-come, first-served basis.  The cost for this is £10-15 per night.   It is free to park in our street and the surrounding streets.  We have an information e-mail which we can send to our guests which includes details of several local car parks.  Please let me have an e-mail address to send this to if you would like to receive a copy.
